What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. We also store your cookie consent choice locally in your browser (see the cookie notice).
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain records of commercial correspondence. Consent is obtained when you submit the form. We may rely on legitimate interests to retain minimal correspondence records where permitted by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Security and transfers
Data is processed on infrastructure we control for the inquiry API on the same domain. We do not sell personal data. Cross-border transfers, if any, are limited to processors bound by contractual protections comparable to the PDPA.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact the DPO using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
Data breaches
If we assess a breach to be notifiable, we will notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after that assessment, and notify affected individuals where significant harm is likely.
Do-not-call
If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will not use it for marketing voice calls or text messages unless you have given clear consent or an applicable exception applies.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is published on this page with a review date noted in our internal records (October 2026).
